You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
If you received a gift and wish to return it, you may request a refund in the form of store credit. The refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method if the return meets all eligibility requirements.

For returns sent by mail, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you may be responsible for the cost of the item if it is lost in transit.
